About Us
Dr. Nicole Vicari
Dr. Vicari received her Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership in 2017. Since then, she has dedicated her professional career to developing and empowering others while helping individuals grow in their knowledge and leadership ability. She began consulting full time in 2022 with a focus on helping individuals and small to medium sized businesses with administrative needs and to grow in their leadership understanding and capacity.
Nicole has over 25 years of experience in leadership and business roles, which easily translate into any industry or role. She has an innate ability to ask the right question to help you consider all angles of a project or process. Having spent time focusing on business administration, mentoring and coaching others, fundraising and client relations, architectural project management strategies and teaching leadership foundations to students around the world, Dr. Vicari's experiences, talents and abilities make her a knowledgeable leader and administrator.
When not working with clients or students, she can be found quilting, working on a DIY project at home, traveling, or spending time with her menagerie: 4 cats - Cashew, Peanut, Shadow, and Lexi as well as the newest addition a Goldendoodle puppy named Sadie.
